I was born in Paris (the City of Love!), and have devoted my life to learning how love really works. I’ve found that exquisite passion and profound intimacy can be cultivated from the ashes of deep hurt and wilted trust. The perspectives, tools, and practices I offer couples are the ones that catalyzed my own relational despair into radiant love.
Drawing on over a decade of studying love, sex, and mindfulness, I offer a radically hopeful relationship coaching approach that goes beyond learning to fight more politely or mimicking the naive warmth of the honeymoon stage and into the realm of transcendent sex and heart-opening connection.
